Business Development - Manager
Identify and research potential clients. Develop and maintain client relationships. Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals. Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders.
Business Analyst- Tele Sales
Responsible for handling sales over the phone and emails and solving questions regarding the product or service provided by the company. In addition to this, should collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them.
Report Writer/ Process Specialist
Responsible for checking the authenticity of the checks done by the various teams. Should be collating the checks to make a report with accurate capturing of verification obtained. Should ensure adherence to TAT and Process.
Executive/ Senior Executive
Responsible for checking the authenticity of the verified documents and initiating the cases to the field for address verification with regular follow-ups from the concerned vendor for address verification. And should be able to handle the PAN India Fieldwork.
Verification Specialist/ Associate
Responsible for checking the authenticity of the employees’ posts joining a new company and identifying the procedure of verification. Regular follow-up through calls or emails with HR SPOC for closing verification checks.
Tele Caller
Responsible for calling the candidates to explain the verification Process and for document collection. Taking follow-ups from the candidates and ensuring adherence to TAT and Process and communicating case needs that require attention.
